International matters and documents
Much of our work connects Greece with other countries. We have foreign judgments recognised in Greece, work alongside attorneys in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, South Africa and elsewhere, and prepare the documents you need to act in Greece from abroad.
Request a consultationWhat we handle
- Recognition and enforcement in Greece of foreign court decisions
- Coordination with foreign attorneys on Greek and foreign law
- Powers of attorney for use in Greece, ready to sign abroad
- Apostille and certification of documents
- Official translation of legal documents
- Private international law: which country's law applies
How it works
- You tell us what needs to happen in Greece and where you live.
- We prepare the documents, such as a power of attorney, in Greek and your language.
- You sign before a local notary (adding the Apostille) or at the Greek Consulate.
- You send us the originals and we act for you in Greece.
Documents usually needed
- The foreign judgment or document, certified and with Apostille
- Your passport or ID
- Your Greek tax number (ΑΦΜ), if you have one
